Activities: Took 5 staff members to host a Cocoas and Craft event in February 2024. It was highly successful we had a total of 105 kids and adults attend. We set up our meeting room with 7 tables. We had white Christmas lights around and some soothing music playing in the background. One table was our cocoa center. 6 tables were for our three crafts. Two assembly style tables per craft item. Directions for each craft were in a flyer holder at the table. One staff member per craft helped little ones and caregivers do the craft. We did a love birds craft, an accordion snowman, and a book worm book mark. All little ones and caregivers were very appreciative for the event. It was drop-in from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Main part of budget was craft supplies and cocoa provided by a local bakery.
