• NC State’s Sustainability Council and University Sustainability Office pivoted their big plans for EarthDay and held online events and challenges all month long while the NC State Annual Earth Fair went virtual for the first time ever.
  
• Wake Forest University’s Special Collections and Archives published an online subject guide.
  
• Forsyth County Public Library contributed to the Piedmont Environmental Alliance’s Virtual Earth Day Fair.
• Charlotte Mecklenburg Library promoted a collection of books on sustainability through their digital reading platform.
  
• Polk Library held an Earth Day Storytime.
• Duke Lemur Center hosted an all-day, virtual Earth Day Extravaganza.
• Several scientists from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s RTP campus made STEM activity videos.
• Keep Durham Beautiful held a Virtual Earth Month where they shared educational webinars, crafts, and other online opportunities like this Eco-Art Competition.
