Each Person Registering Themselves, One Person Paying Via Check

Each attendee:

Each individual attendee will register for the conference separately. If the registrant is an NCLA member, use the email address associated with their membership to receive the member rate. If the registrant is a presenter, use the presenter code provided.

Once you have registered, select "invoice me”. Either save or print the invoice and send to the appropriate person in your organization.

If you have selected any paid events, you will receive a separate invoice to pay for those directly.

Payer:

Once the payer has received all the invoices, please send a check and a copy of all the invoices to NCLA. For all checks sent in the mail, please email treasurer@nclaonline.org when the payment has been sent.

One Person Registering and Paying For a Group

One person may register and pay for the entire group. The person being invoiced needs to have credentials on nclaonline.org and be logged in to register. Contact web@nclaonline.org with full name, organization, and email address to have an id and password created.

After logging in, the payer should enter the email address of the attendee in the first step.

If the attendee is an NCLA member, use the email address associated with their membership to receive the member rate.

If the attendee is a presenter, please use the appropriate registration code each presenter was given.

You may also go back to the main registration screen, which will show you a summary of all your registrations so far. *The below screenshot is from 2023 conference, but same workflow applies to 2025 conference.

The person logged in will be the one to receive the invoices, while the individual attendees will get confirmation of registration once the payment has been processed.

Once everyone is registered, the person logged in will be able to pay everyone's invoice online as one transaction, by clicking "balance due" in the lower right hand corner, or may send a check. For all checks sent in the mail, please email treasurer@nclaonline.org when the payment has been sent.
