Hi everyone!
You spoke, we listened! In this spring’s collection of webinars, we’ve done our best to reflect the topics you asked for in our survey last fall. We’ll continue to incorporate these ideas into our future programming efforts.
Coming up later this month:

EBook Training: How to Get Started
Leader: Julie Raynor, High Point Public Library
With all the interest in EBooks recently, have you been wondering about the best ways to teach your community how to use your library’s eBook collection? And what about the best ways to train staff so they can assist patrons with eBook questions confidently? This webinar will cover the approach that the High Point Public Library took in doing both of these. The techniques involved can be adapted to any size public library or customized for academic library settings.
