The University of North Carolina at Greensboro was recently awarded a 3rd ACE (Academic and Cultural Enrichment) Scholars grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program.

The NCLA Public Library Section Awards Committee is accepting nominations for the William H.Roberts Public Library Distinguished Service Award.  Bill Roberts, retired director of the Forsyth County Public Library system, established this award in 2003.  The award is designed to recognize excellence in public library service in our state.<
