North Carolina Libraries (NCL) publishes articles of interest to librarians in North Carolina and around the world. It is the official publication of the North Carolina Library Association and as such publishes the Official Minutes of the Executive Board and conference proceedings.
Web issues are published twice per year, and a print compendium is published annually.

The Ray Moore Award
The Ray Moore Award is presented to the author of the best article about public librarianship published in North Carolina Libraries during the preceding biennium. The winner of the award is chosen by the Editorial Board of North Carolina Libraries.
