The New Members Roundtable of NCLA is pleased to share information with you through NCLA's web site. We are a diverse group composed of people from every corner of librarianship. Whether new to the library profession or simply new to North Carolina libraries, we share a desire to familiarize ourselves with the uniqueness of North Carolina libraries. If you would like to communicate and share experiences with other librarians still learning about what makes North Carolina libraries so great, please contact any of the board members.
Visit the Mentoring Program webpage. There, you can:
- find out more about the program,
- learn about the benefits of a mentoring partnership,
- access great resources for mentors, and
- fill out a mentee application or mentor volunteer form.
New Members Roundtable is hosting Networking Dinners all around the state this spring--giving you a chance to socialize, network, and get involved with colleagues
in your local area. Make friends, make contacts, make a difference in your career and your library association!
