NMRT Mentor Application

By laura.wiegand - Posted on 03 May 2010

Mentors are library professionals who offer significant experience (5+ years) or an exceptional knowledge base in related areas (e.g. research and writing for publication; Web design; project management) to the field of library and information science. Most importantly, they are enthusiastic about the profession and eager to give back to it by offering their time and counsel as mentors.

The information on this form will help the NMRT Executive Committee match mentees with suitable mentors.

Check all for which you have significant experience.

If you selected "Special" or "Other", please describe type of library in more detail.

Indicate the following areas, with sub-fields (e.g. public services-reference), as applicable: Subject Specialty / Public or Technical Services / Administration & Mgmt. / Research & Publications / Systems or Web technologies / Digital / Distance Educ., etc. *
Here is where you might indicate that you are a music librarian with significant reference, collection development, and solo librarianship experience, for example.

e.g. hobbies, interests, special experiences
